Privacy notice — launch draft

This private-beta draft must be replaced with the operator’s approved privacy notice before collecting customer business or employee data. The product handles account emails, restaurant records and, when customers use HR, sensitive staff and salary records. The completed notice must identify the operator, purposes of processing, retention and deletion policy, processors and hosting locations, access rights and a privacy contact. Authentication is provided through Clerk, billing through Stripe, hosting through Cloudflare and optional LPO email through Resend. Do not enter real staff records during unapproved testing.

Registration is disabled in the supplied configuration. The owner controls when the service opens.
